December 7,1941

People still a sleep during the morning attack.
Everyone in shock by the attack.
Attacks from Japanese planes.
Remember as World War 2.
Loss of American lives was over 2,386.

Hawaii has a memorial and 1,000’s of people go there.
Andrew Kowalski was a hero on December 7,1941!
Roosevelt called it ” A date which will live in infamy.”
Battleships were everywhere.
One was named Arizona.
Remember always December 7,1941!

Jamestown!!

Jobs and hard working people.

A lot of deaths.

Moms coking for everyone.

Everyone helping.

Soups and very little food.

Thanks for crops.

Oww.. something bit me.

Wells full of nasty water.

Nobody taking breaks.

I would rather be apart of Jamestown. Jamestown has a official charter so it would be more safer than just going. Since they were growing tobacco they will have a lot of money for supplies. Like for building wells, homes and other important things. Even though at first there were only male there, there was pilgrims that were male and female that came! Many were wealthy so you would have a good chance to stay there a very long time. That’s why I want to be apart of Jamestown.

                           The End

Henry Hudson

June 1611

                                        Explorer     Gazette

In June 1611 Henry Hudson, his son,and seven other loyal crewmen was in a little boat with no oars left on a bay. What do you think happened? When they started to sail off it was” great” but when spring flew by and it got cold, so cold the ocean freezes. The boat gets stuck in the freezing cold ice, they can’t move. they all got frost bite and couldn’t warm up. They tried all they could but it was no use! Later they found land but they were so cold they couldn’t move and then they said a prayer and slowly died.
